LISA Core ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by SAT-CHAIN LLC, a Delaware company. This Privacy Policy describes how the LISA Core Chrome Extension and Web Application collect, use, and protect your information. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: If you purchase a premium license, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe).
• License Keys: We generate and store license keys to validate premium subscriptions.
• Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain the correspondence to assist you.

1.2 Information Processed Locally (We Do NOT Access)

• Conversation Data: When you use LISA Core to save or compress AI conversations, all processing occurs locally in your browser. This data is stored in Chrome's local storage and never transmitted to our servers.
• Snapshots: Your saved snapshots remain on your device unless you explicitly sync them.
• Preferences: Extension settings and preferences are stored locally.

1.3 Information We Receive When You Sync (Optional)

• Synced Snapshots: If you choose to use the "Send to App" feature, we receive and store the snapshots you explicitly send.
• Usage Data: Basic usage metrics such as number of syncs (not conversation content).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

• We do not have access to conversations processed locally in the extension
• We do not collect your browsing history
• We do not track your activity on AI platforms
• We do not collect personal information beyond what you explicitly provide
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
• We do not use your conversation data to train AI models
• We do not collect data from other browser tabs or websites

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To validate premium license subscriptions
• To process payments (via Stripe)
• To respond to support requests
• To sync your snapshots when you choose to use the Web Application
• To improve the Service (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
• To send important service updates (not marketing emails)

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage (Chrome Extension)

• Snapshots and preferences are stored in Chrome's local storage API
• Data remains entirely on your device
• We have no access to locally stored data
• Data persists until you delete it or uninstall the extension

4.2 Cloud Storage (Web Application)

• Synced snapshots are stored on secure servers hosted by Railway
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Data is encrypted at rest
• Access is restricted to authenticated users only

4.3 Payment Information

• All payments are processed by Stripe
• We never store, process, or have access to credit card numbers
• Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment transactions

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Stripe for payment processing and Railway for hosting. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have control over your data:

• Local Data: You can delete local snapshots at any time through the extension's library feature.
• Synced Data: You can delete cloud-synced snapshots through the Web Application.
• Complete Deletion: You can request complete deletion of all your data by contacting us.
• Export: You can export your data in JSON format at any time.
• Opt-Out of Sync: Cloud synchronization is entirely optional. You can use the extension without ever syncing.

7. Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the extension.
• Synced Data: Retained until you delete it or request account deletion.
• License Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period for record-keeping.
• Support Communications: Retained for up to 2 years to provide consistent support.

8. Children's Privacy

LISA Core is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. International Data Transfers

SAT-CHAIN LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

10. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Railway: Web application hosting
• Chrome Web Store: Extension distribution

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Posting the new policy on our Website
